Hydrospeed is a water sport consisting of the descent with a small individual boat through a stretch of whitewater river. To propel itself, flippers are used on the feet and body maneuvers are performed to steer the boat. The guide, from a Kayak, is in charge of taking the clients through the safest and most exciting places.

It is a route with rapids of low difficulty to start in the world of hydrospeed. It starts at the Pont de Gulleri until reaching the base of River Guides.
